Shipping: I charge 20% shipping on all orders.  I ship at cost so no upcharge for shipping. Packing costs are included in the cost of the product. If your shipping costs less than 20% of your purchase I will refund the difference to you. I ship orders via USPS.

Shipping breakage: Keep all packing materials and take photos of the shipping box and any merchandise that is broken. This will be needed for insurance purposes. Your item will be replaced if I have the same item in. If not, you will receive a refund.
